Who is responsible for your data
Your personal information is controlled by Miss M (Born to Reveal), London, who is registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a data controller.

Independent age verification
When Yoti age verification is activated, Yoti checks whether you meet the 18+ requirement using a verified Digital ID or an identity document and live selfie. Miss M does not receive or store your identity document, selfie or date of birth. The website checks the result securely with Yoti and stores a necessary, secure verification cookie for one hour. A temporary verification-session cookie lasts up to 15 minutes. Anonymous, time-limited attempt counters protect the service against abuse and expire after ten minutes. Until activation, the website uses self-declaration only. Read Yoti's privacy information before starting a check.
Email updates
When you join the email update list, the website stores your email address, your consent and the date you joined. The signup is for Miss M news and availability updates. To withdraw your consent or request removal from the list, email bookings@missmdot.com using the address you subscribed with.
Information you submit
The request form stores the contact details, preferences and any message you submit, together with the request status and timestamps. Please avoid including sensitive information that is not needed to handle your enquiry.
How long information is kept
- Unconfirmed requests: 90 days after closure. A declined request closes when it is declined. A request still awaiting a decision closes at the end of its requested appointment date.
- Completed appointments: six calendar months after the appointment date. Personal notes that are no longer necessary should be removed earlier.
- Email subscriptions: 24 months from signup or the latest recorded renewal of consent, or until consent is withdrawn if earlier.
Expired website records are deleted during automated maintenance triggered by homepage visits and server requests. If there is no site activity, deletion takes place on the next qualifying request. This process covers the website database; messages, exports and provider backups are managed separately.
Records required for tax obligations or a specific dispute are handled separately, limited to what is necessary, with retention reviewed for that purpose.
Stopping email updates
You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing bookings@missmdot.com. Your address will be removed from the active website list when your request is processed. A hashed identifier and the date of your request are kept separately to prevent further signup through the website without verified renewed consent. This do-not-contact record is kept while it is needed to respect your preference, for as long as email marketing continues.
Contact by email or WhatsApp
Email and WhatsApp links open a separate service. Messages sent through those services are handled under the policies of your email provider or WhatsApp, as applicable.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data. You may object to processing where that right applies. You can object to direct marketing at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out lawfully before withdrawal.
Raising a concern
If you're unhappy with how your data has been handled, please contact Miss M first. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 30 days and answered as soon as possible. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
Questions about your data
Contact Miss M to ask about information held about you, request a correction or deletion, or ask how long your information is kept. Include enough information to identify your enquiry, but do not send passwords or identity documents.
